The Actions drop down button on the Item List gives the option of displaying the items listed on a chart

 

 

 

 

By default the chart groups the items by Status on a bar chart.

The options on the left hand side give the option to

 

•Group by any field on the items

•Sub group by any other field

•Change the type of graph used

•If the chart is displaying the items grouped by a date field, then the date grouping period can be changed

 

 

Selecting any segment of the chart will open a list of the items included within that segment

For example clicking the In Testing section will open up an Item List displaying the 4 items being tested
