When a Workflow item at a Workflow status is Assigned the Cimera Messaging Manager sends an email informing the Assignee that activity is now required on the Item.
If the item is Assigned to a Group\User an email is sent to the User
If the item is Assigned to a Group an email is sent to the Email Notifyees specified for that group (See Process Modeller > Groups in the Administration Guide)
