Select Items window

The Select Items window is used to select one or more items from a list of potential candidates.

 

The window is launched from anywhere that requires one or more items to be selected.  The Item list will be populated with all items that meet the requirements specified by the window that launched it.

 

In this instance the user wishes to add another Business Change to the list and so they press the Add button.

Cimera will populate the Select Items Window with all the Items that meet the relevant criteria, in this case all Business Changes (excluding any already related).

 

Use the Item List Filter to filter the results
If the item you require does not exist then right-click Create or press New Item and Create a new one.

Note that the New Item button may not be present in all cases in which case you would need to create a new item via another route within Cimera and then refresh the list.
Standard operations can be performed on any of the items listed by right-clicking them
You can select multiple Items from the list by using the shift & control buttons
Items that have previously been related will not appear in the list.

 

Select the required Item(s) and press OK
